Someone in my family already has a board

Lovely, there's no need for a new account. Ask whoever holds your family's account to open Settings, tap Connected phones, and pair your device. They can show you a code to scan or send you a link, and your device opens straight onto your family's board, with no sign-in and no extra cost.

I have a question

I'd be glad to hear from you. I read every email myself and usually reply the same day. If your child has an idea for a game, I'd love to hear it in their own words.

How much does it cost?
Right now it's just my own family using it while I build it. When it opens, you'll get 14 days to try it free, and after that it's CA$7.99 a month or CA$79.99 a year (US$5.99 or US$59.99 in the U.S.), plus tax. Nothing here will ask for a card before then.
Will my kids need their own accounts?
Not at all. One account is all a family needs. Whoever holds it signs in with their own account, and any other device you'd like to use, like a kitchen screen or a child's phone, is simply paired to your board. Nobody else has to sign in or share your password. That way it works just as well on one device as it does on several.
Can it show my Google Calendar?
It can, if you'd like it to. Connect it in Settings and your events show up on the board. It can only look, never add, change or delete anything, and Google itself makes sure of that. If you disconnect, everything it brought in is cleared away.
Where is our family's information kept?
Safely on one server, in your family's own space, and it's backed up every day. There are no ads, no trackers and no analytics. Your family's information is never sold, and it's never used to train anyone's AI.
Can we use it on a kitchen screen and on phones?
You can use both. A kitchen screen shows the whole family together, and a phone shows just the person it belongs to. However someone arranges their list, it stays that way. The app will never shuffle it for them.
